The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the studio’s operations, team performance, and strategic direction. You’ll work closely with the company directors to scale the business, nurture a high-performing team, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish. This opportunity has arisen for a driven and innovative individual to take the lead in re-structuring and scaling an established business in the content creation sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Gain sales and increase revenue
