About the role:

The Energy Contract Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of procurement activities across the company’s client portfolio. The role supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including data analysis, tender preparation, supplier engagement, contract administration, and renewal coordination.

Responsible for:

  • Procurement Operations
  • Support the full procurement lifecycle for electricity, gas and associated services across the client portfolio.
  • Analyse consumption and contract data to support tender preparation and commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare and issue tender documentation in accordance with agreed procurement strategies.
  • Obtain, review and compare supplier quotations and contract terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activity, supplier communications, and decision trails.
  • Coordinate contract execution and ensure all contractual documentation is complete and correctly stored.
  • Proactively manage contract end dates and renewal schedules, ensuring timely re-tendering and continuity of supply.
