Experienced Accounts Manager Required
Location: Ipswich
6 hours per day - between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Flexible with start time. Would suit someone from a SME environment.
You must have the ability to be able to:
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to the company directors while recommending further course of action.
- Month end accounts production and reporting.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, managing the accounting processes across the organisation.
- Managing GDPR Compliance.
- Managing the bank account and payments.
- Monthly profit and loss reports/yearend figures.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT return.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Management of two other members of staff.
Desirable additional knowledge:
- Financial reporting – other than the above.
- Experience within transport industry.
- Payroll (payroll is currently processed remotely but if the suitable candidate with the right experience were hired, we would like to bring it back in house).
- Experience in HR.
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
