The Role of Administrator - GAP Claims Assessment
As an Administrator - GAP Claims Assessment, you'll play a key role in supporting customers through their GAP insurance claims process. You'll ensure every GAP claim is handled efficiently while providing a professional, empathetic and reassuring attitude throughout.
Key Responsibilities of Administrator - GAP Claims Assessment
- Manage your own portfolio of GAP insurance claims from start to finish
- Research current value of customers' vehicles and negotiate with motor insurers
- Speak with customers to explain the claims process and provide regular updates
- Review and validate documentation to ensure claims are processed accurately
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Work closely with colleagues, to ensure claims are resolved efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration, customer service or claims handling experience
- Enjoys helping customers and providing an excellent service
- Has strong communication, research and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive and has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Insurance or motor claims experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
