The Role of Immigration Solicitor:
- You will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of immigration matters, including:
- Business, Work, Student, Family and Visitor visas
- Sponsor Licence Applications
- Advice on migrant employees
- Settlement in the UK and Indefinite Leave to Remain
- Extension Applications
- British Citizenship and EEA Applications
- Human Rights & Asylum
- Deportation & Removals
Candidate Specification for this Immigration Solicitor role:
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as an Immigration Solicitor
- Strong client care skills and the ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct
