What You’ll Work On
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead UX design across new and existing projects, from discovery to launch.
- Research & User Insights: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analyses to validate ideas and uncover needs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Craft low- to high-fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas and guide development.
- Design Systems: Help evolve and maintain Svayam’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align goals and deliver delightful experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and feedback to optimize flows, remove friction, and increase satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 4 years’ experience as a UX Designer, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and process.
- Comfortable with user research methodologies and iterative design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – you listen as well as you present.
- Bonus points for experience designing mobile-first interfaces or working with accessibility standards (WCAG).
