An experienced and professional Motorcycle Sales Executive will be required to sell new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, finance-related products and automotive warranties. The role is to reach and exceed sales targets while keeping customers informed of delivery progress and advising them of any delays that may occur. The executive will resolve any queries that arise, collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle, explain warranties and service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate motorcycle features as well as offer any other support that may be required.
Responsibilities- Sell new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance products and warranties.
- Reach and exceed sales targets.
- Keep customers informed of delivery progress and any delays.
- Resolve queries and collect payment before vehicle release.
- Explain warranty and service arrangements.
- Introduce customers to the Service Department.
- Demonstrate motorcycle features and offer additional support.
- Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong track record in customer service/sales, positive and helpful attitude, drive, energy and commitment.
- Ability to live locally or easily commute to Warrington.
- UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Starting basic salary pending experience.
- Uncapped and realistic on-target earnings of up to £35,000+ per annum subject to sales performance.
- 22 days annual holiday allowance.
- Full manufacturer-approved training.
- Company pension scheme.
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.
- Working on a one-in-three weekend off basis with a set day off in the week.
