THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a role for someone who is wired for winning. A fast-growing consumer tech business with serious scale ambition, the strategic clarity to get there, and the commercial momentum to back it up. If you want to own the growth engine of a category-defining business at the moment it really starts to move, this is where that happens.

The business is moving into its next stage of growth. The team is in place, the commercial infrastructure is strong, and the leadership team has the appetite and investment to back great commercial thinking. What is needed now is a commercially relentless Head of Growth who can unlock new customer acquisition channels, drive lifetime value through stronger retention and loyalty, and help win the highest-value customers at pace.

Reporting to the CMO, this is a high-autonomy role with real weight behind it. The Growth function is the engine of the business. You will carry direct accountability for trading performance across acquisition, conversion and unit economics. We need someone who feels the revenue number personally and you will lead and grow a driven, talented team. Autonomy here is real; you will set the direction & shape the function. The culture is high-performance, built on genuine relationships and trust.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full paid media strategy and scaling framework across brand awareness, mid-funnel, programmatic and emerging channels, managing the channel mix, budget allocation and spend efficiency at every stage of the funnel
  • Identify, test and validate new acquisition channels to diversify the current channel mix, protecting customer quality as spend scales
  • Build and run a high-cadence creative testing framework, translating performance data and audience signals into sharp briefs; working cross-functionally with brand and creative to scale winning ideas quickly
  • Own organic search performance end-to-end, including technical SEO, content strategy and authority building, and lead the business's approach to Generative Engine Optimisation, ensuring the brand is visible and credible in AI-powered search environments including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity
  • Hold commercial accountability for the full conversion funnel, acting as the primary commercial voice in the relationship with Product and partnering on landing page strategy, onboarding optimisation and checkout performance
  • Own end-to-end digital revenue performance with full P&L visibility, defining and tracking the metrics that drive commercial performance
  • Build robust growth forecasting models that inform investment decisions and board-level planning, and deliver clear, direct commercial performance narratives to senior leadership and the board

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We are looking for a bold, commercially sharp operator who leads with conviction, holds themselves to the highest standard, and is motivated by the size of the opportunity ahead.

  • A proven track record of scaling a DTC, subscription or consumer tech brand through paid acquisition and conversion performance; ideally from a Head of Growth or Head of Performance Marketing background
  • Direct accountability for multi-channel paid media budgets and commercial outcomes, with genuine fluency in unit economics and the metrics that move the needle
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and genuine curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-powered search and Generative Engine Optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high-performing growth or performance marketing team
  • Analytically rigorous and creatively aware; you go deep into the data but know how to translate what you find into clear commercial stories for senior leadership and the board
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment where you set the pace as much as follow it

What matters most is the hunger, the track record, and the ambition to match the scale of what this business is building.
