THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a fast-growing, dynamic premium beauty brand to find an ambitious and charismatic Senior eCommerce Lead. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real mark, supporting the UK's continued growth as a digital-first eCommerce business across a multichannel retail landscape.
Whether you're a high-performing senior eCommerce Manager or an eCommerce Lead ready to step up, or you're already operating at Head of eCommerce level and looking for your next high-impact challenge, this role offers genuine scope to shape strategy, build relationships with the UK's most important digital retailers, and drive accelerated growth in a brand that's genuinely going places.
The successful candidate will create, direct and implement the eCommerce strategy across all Omnichannel and Pure Play Retailers (excluding Amazon) to deliver accelerated growth in line with the wider brand and business vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the wider eCommerce and commercial team, develop and lead the UK eCommerce strategy outside of Amazon, in alignment with overall business objectives
- Formulate plans and build direct relationships with the key Pure Play and Omnichannel retailers in the UK, to deliver accelerated growth and online market share gain
- Build and champion a culture of eCommerce excellence, improving online performance across all accounts
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure continuous improvement
- Define KPIs to track the success and ROI of eCommerce growth initiatives
- Manage the communication of all eCommerce goals, progress and outcomes to key business stakeholders
- Collaborate with leaders to embed digital-first thinking into the business strategy, sharing learnings with the wider team
- Continuously benchmark performance against market and competitive trends, ensuring the business remains ahead
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We'd love to hear from talented eCommerce leaders coming from FMCG, Consumer Products, Fashion, Beauty, Retail or Digital Marketing Agencies. You'll bring:
- Proven experience building and scaling eCommerce within Omnichannel and Pure Play Retail environments
- A strong track record of delivering accelerated online growth
- Strong analytical skills and a genuinely data-driven approach
- The ability to influence, inspire and upskill teams as a leader
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An understanding of quality and how to drive and protect a premium mass brand
