Suvera is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to own end-to-end change within NHS services, from scoping to outcomes.
You will partner with the CEO and CCO to design, deliver and embed transformation across practices, PCNs and community providers, turning strategy into repeatable execution.
You will lead a transformation function, hire and manage a team, and ensure on-site delivery with medical partners, supported by equity and a strong benefits package.
