We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, remote care for patients with long-term conditions across the UK.
In this role, you will:

- Work hand-in-hand with Suvera's multidisciplinary clinical team to optimise treatment in a Primary Care setting.

Fully Remote & Flexible – this role can be part-time (32 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week), giving you flexibility to fit your career around your life.

About Suvera: Suvera is on a mission to transform healthcare – helping people stay healthy, wherever they are. We partner with GP practices across the UK to deliver a virtual clinic that supports patients living with long-term conditions. We already care for over 100,000 patients and are building a new model of care that blends clinical expertise with innovative technology.
The heart of this role is clinical care. You will use your expertise to support patients with long‐term conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment while helping them make sustainable improvements to their health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review patient information and clinical letters, reconcile medicines, record health data accurately in Suvera's Dashboard, and support patients with conditions such as NDH, hypertension, asthma, and hypercholesterolaemia.
- Interpret and stratify clinical risk data, check prescriptions for accuracy, monitor treatment per SOPs and guidelines, and promptly escalate complex cases to the right clinician.
- Provide lifestyle advice, counsel patients on medicines, manage side effects, and ensure patients understand their treatment.
- Collaborate closely with Suvera's multidisciplinary team and GP partners to deliver safe, joined‐up, patient‐centred care, contributing to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement.
- Engage in training and mentoring, support a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Currently working as a Pharmacy Technician within the NHS with 12+ months' experience.
- Completed a two-year accredited pharmacy technician course (via GPhC-accredited courses, recognised qualifications, or an approved apprenticeship pathway).
- Completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway – mandatory.
- Carry yourself professionally and ethically at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident engaging with patients via email, phone, messaging, or video.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using EMIS Web, SystmOne, and Microsoft Office.
- Follow SOPs and policies with care and consistency.
