Our client, a leading global consulting organisation, is seeking ambitious Managers and Senior Managers to join their high-performing Financial Restructuring & Turnaround practice. You will work with corporates, lenders, private equity funds, and financial institutions on complex restructuring, performance improvement, and crisis-driven situations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams on restructuring, turnaround, and independent business review (IBR) projects
- Conduct detailed cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financial modelling
- Support the development of turnaround strategies to stabilise underperforming businesses
- Prepare restructuring options analysis and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation
- Manage day-to-day engagement delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction
- Work closely with boards, lenders, investors, and private equity sponsors
- Contribute to stakeholder negotiations, covenant reviews, and contingency planning
- Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting capability development across the practice
- Present findings and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in restructuring advisory, turnaround consulting, transaction services, or financial services
- Experience gained in a Big 4, Top 10, or boutique restructuring firm
- Proven ability to lead workstreams on complex engagements or distressed situations
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, including cash flow and liquidity analysis
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders under pressure
- Professional qualification preferred: ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- International exposure or cross-border experience beneficial
- Willingness to travel when required
