About the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role within our clients' Corporate Tax Advisory team, collaborating across departments to provide innovative tax solutions. You’ll work with a wide range of clients—from start-ups and scale-ups to large private companies and listed multinationals—offering tailored compliance and advisory services that support their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services
  • Deliver current and deferred tax calculations and year-end group tax reporting for medium to large UK businesses
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm to support client engagement and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee client onboarding, billing, and cash collection processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality control procedures and manage risk effectively
  • Drive the adoption of technology tools and shared service resources to streamline tax operations
  • Lead complex tax projects and contribute to thought leadership within the firm

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded tax professional with:

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation and experience handling complex tax issues
  • Proven track record managing client portfolios and delivering strategic tax advice
  • Experience preparing tax calculations and reports for large businesses
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Understanding of risk management and quality assurance in professional services
  • Professional qualifications: CTA, ACA, or equivalent; degree-level education preferred
