As a Paramedic within our Primary Care Team, you will:
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Undertake home visits where appropriate
- Provide clinical assessment, treatment and advice
- Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
- Support patients with prevention, self-management and health promotion
- Help improve patient access and continuity of care
Requirements
- Registered Paramedic with HCPC registration
- Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
- Friendly, approachable and patient-focused
- Primary care experience desirable but not essential
