We RECRUITING staff to work on the end of the lines to pack eggs into boxes. Shift pattern Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm. The role will involve supplying the grader with packaging, packing eggs into outer boxes on the lines, or stacking boxes ready for distribution the following day. Cleaning the egg grader at the end of each day will also be an essential part of this role. You will be required to work Bank Holidays other than Christmas Day, and New Year\’s Day. Double time is paid for all bank holiday work. Training will be given for the role. Please note: There is no public transport to Bewholme, location approximately 3 miles from Hornsea. Skills Required Required Skills: Attention to detail: Egg packing and quality control require accuracy. Physical stamina: Standing and performing repetitive tasks can be physically demanding. Ability to follow instructions: Production workers need to be able to follow procedures and work safely. Teamwork: Production work often involves collaborating with others on a team. Communication: Clear communication is important for safety, production, and working with colleagues. Basic computer skills: Some production roles may require using computers for tasks like inventory management or data entry.
