Sutton Recruitment are currently seeking Production Manufacturing Operatives to join a manufacturing site based in Brough. This is a hands-on role within a clean, modern environment, supporting the production and testing of high-quality assemblies. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals with strong attention to detail.
Location: Brough, East Yorkshire (Approximately a 10-minute walk from Brough Train Station – direct routes to Hull)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Overtime paid at £19.07 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling components and products to specification
- Using hand tools such as wire strippers, heat guns, crimpers, braid trimmers and soldering irons
- Reading and following assembly drawings and work instructions (training provided)
- Carrying out basic testing and quality checks
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy in a detailed, hands-on environment
- Working in line with health and safety procedures at all times
