Role Overview
The Team Leader will supervise and coordinate daily primary processing operations, ensuring:

You will lead a team of operatives while working closely with technical, planning, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support primary processing operatives
- Allocate tasks and ensure team members understand responsibilities
- Monitor performance and provide coaching or guidance

Production Management
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to improve productivity
