Sutton Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established food production facility near Driffield and are currently seeking experienced Line Setters / Line Leaders to join their team. These are excellent opportunities for reliable candidates with previous production leadership experience and a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
- Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 6:00pm £14.50 per hour
- Night Shift – Monday to Thursday 6:00pm – 6:00am £15.00 per hour
The Role:
- Setting production lines and ensuring machinery is running efficiently
- Leading and supporting production operatives on shift
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Carrying out line checks and basic troubleshooting where required
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely when required
- Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times
- Working closely with production and management teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Line Setter, Line Leader or within a similar role is essential
- Must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Experience within food production or manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work
