Sutton Recruitment are looking for the region’s best Account Manager to join a growing and fast-paced business providing specialist market intelligence and data solutions. This is a role not to miss for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling.
You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, negotiating renewals, and ensuring excellent service throughout the account lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and renew existing client accounts and subscription contracts
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise client value
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions
- Prepare and present accurate quotations for subscription packages
- Manage the full renewal process from negotiation through to invoicing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account performance and retention
- Drive revenue growth, client retention, and deliver excellent customer service
- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, results-driven approach
- £35,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission – OTE £45,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
- Working hours 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required)
