Sutton Park Primary is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Leader at Grade 4 to join the Pastoral Team. The role involves overseeing pastoral provision and early help for pupils and families, and leading school-wide behaviour, attendance and safeguarding with a coaching approach.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with parents, carers and partners to drive excellent outcomes for children within a values-driven MAT.
