I am seeking a Housing Officer for 3 months to cover a secondment. The ideal candidate does not need Housing experience but must have good telephone and admin skills, be resilient, empathetic and manage residents’ expectations firmly and respectfully. This is not a tenancy management, resident management or estate management position. It is an admin support position. This is a solely office based role with no hybrid working.
