Our hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment, marking the beginning of an exciting new era ~ and we’re building a passionate team to bring our vision to life and share our next chapter with. Come and meet our friendly team, explore our plans, learn more about our available roles, and discover how you can be part of something special.
We’re recruiting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple departments and offer highly competitive salaries, incentives and Tronc (FB roles):
- Food & Beverage roles including Floor Managers, Hosts, Head Waiters, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Waiters
- Housekeeping Roles
- Doorpersons
- Receptionists
- Kitchen roles including Chefs and Kitchen Porters
