Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will provide a warm welcome to all hotel guests. While not essential, previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge. Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, immaculate personal presentation, and a professional and warm personality are required.
