The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town’s historic and royal setting. About The Role
As our Head Waiter you will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, high-quality hospitality, acting as a bridge between the restaurant manager, kitchen, and service staff. You will supervise, assist and develop waiters on their station, ensuring correct procedures and standards are maintained at all times. Key responsibilities include:
- Training staff
- Managing service flow
- Resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring food safety compliance
- Overseeing station setups to maximize guest satisfaction
