The role includes:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to brand and company standards
  • Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies
  • Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
  • Ensure all areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room targets without compromising quality
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
