The Francis Hotel Bath occupies a coveted position on Queen Square. As a member of the team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome and fond farewell to all of our hotel guests, and assist with any needs of our guests during their stay. Previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably in the luxury four or five-star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. You will be a natural problem solver and can face problems head on. You must have strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, and immaculate personal presentation, as well as a professional and warm personality to aid in providing our guests with exceptional service.
