The Castle Hotel Windsor is situated amongst some of the most historic examples of architecture in the United Kingdom. The Guest Relations Manager ensures a flawless and memorable guest experience from pre-arrival through post-departure. Acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments, this role oversees VIP services, special requests, pre-arrival communications, ticket and package coordination, luggage assistance, and the collection of guest feedback. Additionally, the Guest Relations Manager plays a vital role in identifying and resolving guest concerns by diligently recording and following up on all entries in the Duty Manager (DM) log.

Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. Strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure, and immaculate personal presentation as well as a professional and warm personality are all part of the overall picture.
