Floor Manager – Emberwood
SALARY: £30,000 + Tronc (Approx 3‑4k per annum)
WORK HOURS: Full time (5 days out of 7) – evenings and weekends

Who We’re Looking For
The Floor Manager will ensure seamless food service, guiding a passionate team focused on high‑quality hospitality.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a comparable role and environment.
- Proficient in order of service, allergy procedures and supporting junior staff training.
- Strong guest‑focused mindset and ability to lead and shape a cohesive team.
- Experience in duty management for bar, terrace and lounge areas is required.
