Role
- Provide an efficient, polite and courteous service to guests over breakfast service, room service, or events.
- Ensure that all areas are kept correctly with regards to storage and cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order, and liaise with other departments for maintenance and repair if necessary.
- Handle deliveries, inspect items, and report any discrepancies.
- Handle guest requests, allergies, and dietary needs with professionalism and care.
- Maintain professional body language and grooming standards at all times, adhering to the hotel's policies and guidelines.
