Our Opportunity

The purpose and contribution of our People Co-ordinator will, therefore, be critical to the success of our team and ultimately the service we deliver to our treasured guests. You will be expected to get out amongst the action and so this role is particularly hands on. If you prefer to be stuck in the office, this position is not for you. It may sound obvious, but you must be a people person, highly emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in others. Experience and qualifications definitely make a difference but this is a role where getting stuck in is the priority – no two days look the same – supporting the People Manager and wider team with all things “People”.
