£30,000 plus TRONC and superb benefits. Start date July 2026.

About the Role

The Chef de Partie plays an important role in supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering high‑quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

This is a hands‑on position focused on running a designated section, supporting junior team members, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and stock control procedures.
  • Ability to manage and maintain their section during busy service periods.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for high‑quality food preparation and consistency in presentation.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
