SALARY: £27,500 + Tronc (Approx £3‑4k per annum based on 40 hours a week) FULL TIME – EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS INCLUDED

Who Are We Looking For?
An Emberwood bartender will be passionate about all drinks, exhibit warm hospitality, and have a keen attentiveness towards guests. They should possess good knowledge of service and food, be a rounded individual capable of providing an exquisite experience, and work well within a team. They will support the bar team in delivering consistent and delicious drinks and be willing to assist with extra duties to exceed expectations and support fellow team members. A minimum of one year of full‑time experience in a comparable position and environment is required. Passion and knowledge of bars and cocktails, and a willingness to share expertise, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests and build repeat business through trust and experience.
- Maintain the highest service standards for all offerings.
- Deliver the bar programme to the highest standard with consistency, reinforcing the bar’s brand and drink offering through great knowledge.
- Support the bar team in maintaining presentation and service standards.
- Collaborate with all hotel teams to ensure staff and guests receive warmth and generosity.
- Assist the bar manager and head bartender with stock management, health and safety standards.
- Bring character and personality to service on the bar floor.
- Host the bar floor and lounge, delivering personalised and creative suggestions to guests.
- Ensure safe delivery of food and drink, and correct conduct regarding allergies and dietary requirements.
