Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint a committed and experienced Assistant Head of Faculty for Maths to supplement and enhance a strong established and supportive Faculty. The department is part of a well‑led, dynamic team whose colleagues all enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our teaching and learning team. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in education!
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional educator with evidence of CPD training courses and have the vision, tenacity, optimism, strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to inspire students to achieve their very best in a progressive, dynamic and improving Academy, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
As a key leader, you will support the Faculty Leader for Maths and deputise when and where appropriate.
