About the role
We are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join our team to provide a professional and friendly reception service, handle incoming and outgoing communications and provide efficient administration services to the Academy. The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day-to-day experience of our students and staff. A good educational background including GCSE in Maths and English at C/4+ and previous experience of working in a busy office are essential. To succeed, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with members of the public, be adaptable and flexible and have good ICT skills. Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating a welcoming and efficient school environment.
