Sutton 1079 is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for Penningtons Restaurant in Windsor. The role leads the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding, Brasserie-style hospitality and acts as the bridge between the restaurant manager, kitchen and service staff.
You will train and supervise staff, manage service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
