Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns – develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and ROI across priority European regions. Responsible for both strategic vision and execution of day‑to‑day campaign operations, tailoring tactics to regional buying behaviors and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, craft, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and generate qualified leads in priority European markets.
    • Localize messaging and campaign tactics to regional buyer behaviors, regulations (e.g., GDPR), market expectations and language.
    • Benchmark competitors in‑region and incorporate insights into campaigns.
    • Align closely with regional sales and industry marketing leaders to translate GTM goals into action.
    • Manage campaign types including email, organic social, webinars, events, etc.
    • Integrate ABM practices into campaign approach, personalizing messaging using intent data and region‑specific personas.
    • Oversee campaign execution and cross‑functional coordination across time zones.
    • Recommend region‑specific innovation in tactics, partnerships, or media.
  • Channel & Tactic Optimization
    • Optimize performance by tracking regional channel mix effectiveness.
    • Conduct A/B tests across content formats and targeting methods tailored to regional segments.
  • Event & Webinar Execution
    • Lead and support Europe‑based field events, roundtables, and webinars.
    • Coordinate promotion, logistics, localization, and speaker prep.
  • Content Creation
    • Leverage insights into European buyer pain points and cultural nuances to develop or adapt content that resonates with regional audiences.
    • Write short‑form content including blogs, social posts, video scripts, etc., and collaborate on long‑form content.
    • Provide feedback to the content and design teams based on local market trends.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing
    • Execute campaigns that convert regional leads into opportunities.
    • Work with sales teams in‑region to ensure lead handling is seamless.
    • Analyze funnel activity across Europe to adjust messaging and targeting.
  • Measurement & Reporting
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance specific to each region.
    • Track pipeline contribution, ROI, and influenced revenue at a regional level.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years minimum B2B campaign or demand generation experience, with a focus on European countries (experience targeting Middle East markets is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of European markets and media landscapes (knowledge of Middle East is a plus).
  • Experience supporting organizations within the B2B Digital Transformation industry.
  • Strong track record executing regional campaigns across digital and physical channels.
  • Fluency with MarTech including Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
  • Analytical, data‑driven, and comfortable working across time zones.
  • Experience collaborating with regional sales teams and localizing GTM strategy.
  • Ability to work within the UK Time Zone and travel to the London, UK office as needed.
