Are you an experienced Field Marketer/Regional Campaign Manager for B2B Digital Transformation organizations? This is a great opportunity to drive growth in key regions for Sutherland! Open to candidates based in the London, UK area but open to anywhere in Europe!
Sutherland is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and ROI across the priority European regions. This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skillset to build the long-term vision for multiâtouch customer journeys along with the dayâtoâday operations of running multiple campaigns tailored to regional buying behaviors and performance KPIs. You are a fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to dataâdriven action. Success in this position will be measured by significant contributions to sales pipeline growth, efficient marketing ROI, and the elevation of Sutherland's brand awareness in target markets.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, craft, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and generate qualified leads in priority Europe markets. Localize messaging and campaign tactics to regional buyer behaviors, regulations (e.g. GDPR), market expectations and language. Benchmark competitors inâregion and incorporate insights into campaigns. Align closely with regional sales, industry marketing leaders to translate GTM goals into action. Manage campaign types including email, organic social, webinars, events, etc. Integrate ABM practices into campaign approach. Personalize messaging using intent data and regionâspecific personas. Oversee campaign execution and crossâfunctional coordination across time zones. Recommend regionâspecific innovation in tactics, partnerships, or media.
- Channel & Tactic Optimization: Optimize performance by tracking regional channel mix effectiveness. Conduct A/B tests across content formats and targeting methods tailored to regional segments.
- Event & Webinar Execution: Lead and support Europeâbased field events, roundtables, and webinars. Coordinate promotion, logistics, localization, and speaker prep.
- Content Creation: Leverage insights into European buyer pain points and cultural nuances to develop or adapt content that resonates with regional audiences. Write shortâform content including blogs, social posts, video scripts, etc. Collaborate on longâform content. Provide feedback to the content and design teams based on local market trends.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Execute campaigns that convert regional leads into opportunities. Work with sales teams inâregion to ensure lead handling is seamless. Analyze funnel activity across Europe to adjust messaging and targeting.
- Measurement & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance specific to each region. Track pipeline contribution, ROI, and influenced revenue at a regional level.
- 5+ years minimum B2B campaign or demand generation, with experience targeting European countries (experience targeting Middle East markets will be a plus).
- Deep understanding of European markets and media landscapes (knowledge of ME will be a plus).
- Experience supporting organizations within the B2B Digital Transformation industry.
- Strong track record executing regional campaigns across digital and physical channels.
- Fluency with MarTech including Marketo, Salesforce, ABM platforms.
- Analytical, dataâdriven, and comfortable working across time zones.
- Experience collaborating with regional sales teams and localizing GTM strategy.
- Ability to work within UK Time Zone + ability to travel to London, UK office as needed.
