We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Transformation Lead to drive a strategic enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation program. This role will be responsible for leading the solution design, onboarding strategy, implementation planning, and technical governance of a large-scale CyberArk deployment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical leader for the engagement, working closely with customer stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, application owners, and delivery teams to establish the target-state architecture and drive successful implementation. This role requires a combination of deep CyberArk expertise, strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading enterprise-scale PAM transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Transformation Leadership
- Lead the overall CyberArk transformation from design through implementation.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, onboarding, integration, and deployment activities.
- Establish delivery priorities, technical governance, and implementation standards.
- Drive resolution of complex technical challenges, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, security requirements, and implementation outcomes.
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Lead discovery and design workshops with customer stakeholders and technical teams.
- Define and govern the target-state CyberArk architecture and operating model.
- Develop onboarding standards, design principles, and implementation approaches.
- Review and approve architecture deliverables, technical designs, and onboarding strategies.
- Ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and operational readiness of the CyberArk platform.
- Application Onboarding and Integration Strategy
- Define onboarding frameworks and implementation patterns for infrastructure, applications, databases, cloud platforms, and service accounts.
- Assess onboarding readiness, integration dependencies, and technical constraints.
- Develop onboarding strategies and migration plans for complex enterprise environments.
- Provide guidance on credential management, password rotation, privileged session management, and secrets management.
- Implementation Planning and Governance
- Develop phased implementation roadmaps and onboarding waves.
- Define milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and execution plans.
- Establish technical governance processes and design assurance reviews.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and design approvals throughout the program lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, governance meetings, and executive discussions.
- Present solution recommendations, implementation strategies, risks, and remediation plans.
- Build strong relationships across security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure Security, or related domains.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on CyberArk architecture and implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale CyberArk transformation programs.
- Strong experience conducting architecture workshops and stakeholder-led design sessions.
- Demonstrated experience developing onboarding strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple technology and stakeholder groups.
