Uphold kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation. Collaborate on menu innovation and specials. Maintain a calm, solution-focused attitude in high-pressure situations. . Who We’re Looking For:. . Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen. Strong leadership and time-management skills. Passion for bold flavours and modern Caribbean/Latin cuisine.
