Role Purpose
The Building Surveyor will support the delivery of professional building surveying services across a varied portfolio of projects and clients with a focus on residential premises. Through a number of frameworks and independent clients the role will involve:
- Undertaking inspections
- Coordinating intrusive inspections
- Preparing technical reports
- Supporting project delivery
- Assisting with contract administration activities
The successful candidate will demonstrate developing technical competence across building pathology, defect diagnosis, maintenance planning, and construction contract processes, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, health.
