What You’ll Do

  • Answer the telephone, open and distribute e-mails and post
  • Handle visitors, clients and deliveries
  • Provide general admin support for Managing Director, Construction Director, Residential Construction Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Business Operations Manager and any other staff as required
  • Assist the Plant Manager with keeping plant and vehicle maintenance logs up to date
  • Assist Health & Safety Managers with administrative duties
  • Organise training and keep accurate logs
  • Order and maintain stock of stationary, PPE, workwear and other miscellaneous items
  • Organise annual testing at Head Office
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Produce delivery instructions for sites as required by site/project managers
  • Arrange Christmas wine
  • Arrange company events
  • Arrange birthday gifts/cards for staff as required
  • Printing, copying and laminating drawings for office and site as required
  • Provide cover for any team member absence where required and any other duties as business needs dictate

Working Arrangements

  • Working Week: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
  • Expected Duration: 1 Year 3 Months.
