Technical Lead (Product, AI & UX-Driven) You’ll be the founding technologist of our engineering team and will shape everything from the first lines of code to the long-term technical vision. Lead all things technology—from infrastructure to interface, frontend to backend Translate complex financial workflows into elegant, usable digital experiences for both businesses and consumers Champion AI-first development agents, tools and workflows —using tools like GitHub Copilot, Lovelace, Lovable, Bolt and LangChain to iterate faster Lay the foundation for a scalable tech function that grows with the business (future Head of Engineering / CTO path) You’ve built and launched full-stack web applications , preferably for B2B or B2C fintech platforms Expert in modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js, Python, etc.) You sweat the details when it comes to UX, interaction, and responsiveness—what you build feels world-class Comfortable designing systems that are AI-powered, data-rich, and modular Entrepreneurial mindset—you think in MVPs, test-and-learn loops, and high-leverage shipping Bonus if you’ve worked in startups, scaleups, or regulated industries (fintech, proptech, SaaS) Competitive salary + founding-level equity Autonomy to lead, ship, and innovate with no legacy baggage Flexible working and hybrid setup (Monument, London office) Budget for AI tooling, conferences, and personal growth
