What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Customer Success and Post-Sales roles across EMEA.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategic hiring guidance.
- Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies using innovative methods and tools.
- Engage candidates from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate data.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams to understand evolving business needs and deliver exceptional talent.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and consistently meeting hiring goals.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple locations and time zones.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaborative and flexible approach—able to pivot quickly and contribute across a variety of functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
