An established specialist contractor working in mission-critical data-centre environments is looking for experienced Site Supervisors / Working Site Managers to support ongoing fit-out projects across Europe. The company delivers high-quality, secure, and time-critical construction and refurbishment works for major clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work alongside a small multi-trade team
  • Deliver high-quality fit-out works within secure technical environments
  • Maintain site standards: safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Report progress and coordinate with project management
  • Work safely within live or sensitive facilities

Candidate Requirements

  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
  • Multi-trade experience: carpentry, dry lining, ceiling installation, or general interiors
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Must be flexible with regular European travel
  • Willing to stay in provided accommodation during projects
  • UK-based, ideally close to major travel routes
