Sustainable Talent is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our embedded recruitment team supporting one of the world’s most recognized and fast-growing technology companies. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping scale technical teams across the UK and EMEA by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. You’ll serve as a true talent partner—owning everything from sourcing and strategy to candidate experience and offer negotiation.
This role can be based remotely within the United Kingdom or hybrid from our London office.
What You’ll Do- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to design and deliver tailored recruiting strategies.
- Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to build robust pipelines for technical roles.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from initial contact through offer negotiation—ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, optimize recruiting practices, and help shape hiring strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal clients and cross-functional teams to ensure hiring outcomes align with organizational goals.
- 2–4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience.
- Prior agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing top technical talent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong data-driven mindset—comfortable using metrics to refine and improve recruiting strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment where adaptability is key.
