I’m currently leading a search for a Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to join the technical team at a leading clean technology integrator and renewable asset developer, based out of their London office on a hybrid basis (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The business is experiencing significant growth and needs a senior civil/structural authority to serve as the main point of contact for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects—with a heavy emphasis on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar PV, and commercial decarbonisation schemes.
This is a brilliant balance of hands‑on design leadership, constructability assessment, and subcontractor management. You will have a direct hand in shaping the engineering delivery of a massive UK utility‑scale pipeline.
