We are seeking an experienced individual to join our expanding Maintenance department. This is a field-based role carrying out inspections, repairs, and maintenance in energy centres, plant rooms, and within flats and apartments across London and the Southeast. This is a permanent, full-time position for a professional, confident, and motivated individual.
Key Duties
- Conduct inspections, repair, and maintenance works in energy centres and plant rooms.
- Carry out inspections within flats and apartments throughout London and the Southeast.
- Produce detailed IT-based reports of findings and completed work.
- Work in a methodical and professional manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Knowledge of district heating networks.
- F-Gas qualification.
- 5+ years' experience diagnosing and repairing heating and plant room issues.
- DBS check may be required due to the nature of projects.
- Knowledge of heat interface units is advantageous.
