Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee operations in London, managing a team of Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers. This role requires an experienced leader with a background in façades, cladding, or remediation projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Site Managers
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget
- Maintain as-built programmes and accurate project records
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, HSE guidelines, and company policies
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and profit margins
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
- At least five years’ experience in a senior management role within façades, cladding, or construction
- Strong knowledge of cladding remediation, fire safety regulations, and façade systems
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial awareness
- Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CIOB, or a degree in construction management or civil engineering
