Job description\\n\\nMy client is a well-established contractor delivering a state of the art facades package on a large smart build scheme.\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced project manager with excellent ability to create and monitor project programme, manage stake holders and oversee SM, supervisors and direct labour.\\n\\nThe successful candidate MUST have proven experience in the capacity of Project managing or contracts managing on schemes of at least £2m+\\n\\nCandidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience of successfully delivering a technically demanding project with multiple stakeholders with exceedingly high standards.\\n\\nIn addition, experience of delivering large scale works consisting of cladding and rainscreen delivery will be an advantage.\\n\\nDue to the nature of the works a strong working knowledge of project programming and self delivery is essential. You must have proven experience of being able to control high volume material schedules and not just manage sub-contractors who in turn manage their own materials.\\n\\nPlease read the below summary for the role. Unfortunately those candidates that do not meet the essential criteria below will not be considered.\\n\\nOverall Purpose of the role:\\n\\n• Ensure the delivery of multi million pound facade projects on time and on budget, whilst to the clients’ satisfaction.\\n• Ensure the co-ordination of site management, operatives, sub-contractors and suppliers in a planned, controlled manner whilst ensuring efficiency of the works and minimizing costs.\\n• Management of project timescales and planning; communicating changes to all relevant parties\\n• To prepare and keep an up-to-date project plan\\n• To identify and gain approval for variation orders when deviating from the agreed project specification.\\n• Monitoring of project budgets, including sub-contractor and material invoices, and the application of variation orders.\\n• Responsibility for the application and monitoring of all Health and Safety practices associated to the project-including induction and site safety.\\n• To attend regular update meeting with client, Senior Management and Project Coordinators, providing clear and concise documentation and progress plans.\\n• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve high levels of customer service.\\n• Ensure the timely delivery of management information and project reporting.\\n• To build sound working relationships with clients and Sub-contractors for future works.\\n\\nEssential criteria:\\n\\n• ***Must have good IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite Inc.

Excel, and Microsoft Project\\n• ***Strong ability to program and maintain program.\\n• ***experience of self delivery – control material etc. Not just Managing Sub-contractors.\\n• ***experience of overseeing multiple packages (ideally with a focus on external facades).\\n• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices\\n• Excellent team working, communication and organizational skills\\n• Confidence and ability to engage with the Senior Management Team.\\n• Full Driving License
