We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a reputable M&E contractor based in Kent. As a key member of the estimating team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates for a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare mechanical estimates based on project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Assess costs for labour, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure accurate cost predictions and tender submissions.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or risks.
